Fulfill orders appearing in Orders Mode

Online orders processed through Fulfill are also displayed in Orders Mode however their appearance is purely informational - only allowing the user to lookup and see the orders.

- Cannot be unprocessed
- Cannot be built into queues
- Do not appear in the Details Mode orders column
- Appear under the ALL filter only (Not the online orders filter which is reserved for online orders downloaded into Orders Mode)
