Broadcast Job Not Working

We have an iOS job set up with the broadcast feature. Clients can access their images via their subject key and everything works great. But when they select the broadcast job from the drop down and click open, nothing happens. I have a feeling that there is something in the offer that may be causing this as we have other jobs that are using different offers that are working fine. Any thoughts?

Thank you!

After looking at this a bit more, I think it may have something to do with poses. We are offering a few packages that are set to use specific poses in certain products. Each student has 2 poses, which show up correctly when accessed via the subject key, but when the job key is used I am not sure how the pose information is used at that point in iOS and the job will not open by using the job/event drop down.

I think you have it spot on Jason. Job Key/Broadcast jobs allow you to place orders against the images in the job, without being tied to a subject. In consideration that a pose is a subject level detail, what you are trying to do won't work. I've linked a couple good KB articles that touch on the subject.
