We have a "preorder" where the parent ordered a digital file, but the kid was absent on portrait day. Now our fulfill digital delivery queue is backed up and not sending any additional files as it is trying to render an image that isn't there. How can we skip this file, or delete it?

Are there any work arounds for this? We are having customers calling because our digital file uploads are stuck and we can't skip a file.
