When an order is placed online for a key for a primary product, if the customer changes to another key, they do not have to order a primary product to be able to orer an extra item.

Ken, just so I understand this....

You have Packages "below the line" which can only be ordered if you order a Package "above the line. You've set this up in your offer.

Now you change shoot key.You are allowed to order above the line.

    Is that correct?

    Hi Dino,

Yes, we have offers that are configured so that we have packages above the line and extras below.

When we enter a shoot key, they have to order a package, they then change the shoot key to another, they then do not have to order a package, but they can order below the line extras.

If they change to another shoot key, they also only have to order the extra item and not an above the line package product.

    OK, understood.

The problem is the restriction is "order based" - order something above the line and you can then order something below the line. Changing to a new shoot key doesn't change the fact that it's the same order. So they are able to continue ordering above the line.

It's not something that can be easily changed now and we'd need to think about whether it should anyway because I'm sure some people want it to work the way it is now. So then you need to code for options - aarghh.
