Backgrounds in package previews

Previously, image previews in IOS were shown with whatever backgrounds were chosen in images mode, and the package previews in IOS had that same background. Now, however, the image preview has the background but the pack previews have a white(blank) background until a background is chosen. In other words, whatever background was selected in Neopack was automatically applied to packages unless otherwise specified. Is this just a bug?

    Hi Rick,

I had to look into this one. As it turns out, it actually has always been this way, but because the images and background selection came before the packages, you would never notice before you saw the packages. We are going to change this so that the images mode background renders, but its not a quick fix so sit tight!

Tommi- Thanks. I want to encourage customers to use the default background because it's easiest to greenscreen. If they can do nothing and have the default automatically used it would make life easier.
