I have had some customers having trouble with the LogIn/Create Account page on tsIOS ordering. They try to create an account by typing their choice of Account username and password in the two boxes on this screen. Could one or all of the following be implemented?
1. Move the link to go to the Create Account screen into the title of this page (Create Account) and have Create Account in a different color than the blue it is now.
2. Have a page without the actual sign in boxes but with two links to direct the customer either to Log in or Create an Account.
3. Change the wording of the first statement to – “To finalize your order, please Create an Account or Login using an account you have created.” Have Create an Account in red and setup as a link to the Create Account page and Login in blue and setup as a link to the Login page.

The way it is the customer is frustrated about getting an account setup, and then if they lose their order they have created they may not order at all and the company loses credibility and money.

Our longer term plan is to do away with accounts altogether (although there are some advantages in accounts).

In the shorter term we may modify the Login/Create Account page. The emphasis at the moment is to Login. We can change that so the page is more obviously about creating an account with a minor link to log-in with an existing account
