Is there a way to print out the subjects image on the Order Header? How can I determine the school the student attends?

    Always remember online orders can be for multiple subjects (a parent could order for all their kids in the one order) therefore the order header cannot be subject specific.

    That said it is possible to LIST subject specific information on the header. Have a read of the KB article "IOS specific @codes" and in particular the second half of it which shows an example of listing the subjects names and their package.

    Item strips on the other hand relate to a package and therefore can be based on a subject. Hence you will find the "Add Hole" tool available when creating an item strip template.

    On the Item Strip I placed an image but the image did not print on it. Do i just add the image hole or does it need to be directly attached to any data?
    I also tried several of the item and package codes but did not get any info from these.

    I'll need to investigate the image hole object - it's not working for me either. I don't know whether the tool shouldn't be there at all and placing an image is not possible or it should be possible and the tool is broken.

    All the other fields are working for me however. I will attach the two templates I'm using.

    Thanks for checking it. It would be very beneficial to packing to have a way
    to display the image the package is printed from.

    One thing to clarify though. If the item strip CAN show the subject image, it will be the PRIMARY image.

    If the job was a multi-pose shoot this might bot be what the customer ordered, So the header will show a different image to the packages in this case

    @customer:name @customer:firstname @customer:lastname

    Have a look at the KB article on @codes used by IOS for a more comprehensive list
