Please help us

We installed the Timestone-Neopack and license manager on a new computer but there's an error - License code is invalid when we adding the license file on the Codes tab.

What should we do?

Thank you

It sounds as though you might be simply adding the most recent license
EXTENSION. You need to first add the original license - the one that has
NeoPack as part of the filename - then add the most recent extension

There is also another way if you still have access to the old server.
    Copy this file
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Timestone Software\License Server\tslServer.lct
from the old computer and put it in the same place on the new.

    Hi Dino,

We did the 2nd option, we copied the tslServer.lct from the old server
but still the same error message. Please see screenshot of the error

    Thank you,

That looks like you’re trying to launch NeoPack plus. Isn’t your license neopack professional?

Yeah, it's Neopack Professional. We installed the Neopack Pro and now we
need to log to MySQL Server. Can you please help us filling the Host: ,
    Username: , Password: .

    Thank you very much

Just cancel that and you will be working in the old TNJ mode. To make
that permanent go to File>Options>Job types and select I use TNJ files
    only then restart
