Hi All,
When importing unedited portrait orientated images into NeoPack with rotation set to 0° they are coming in rotated 90° clock ways. The landscape orientated images import correctly.
The weird thing is if you previously edit the images in some way (say retouch in Photoshop) before importing and then import with the same settings they come in with the correct rotation.
We want to be able to import jobs that are a mixture of portrait/landscape (events-siblings etc) and be able to export them all with the correct orientation. Is this a bug that can be fixed?

Hello Glenn. Have you checked the EXIF information in the jpeg file? Is the orientation filled?
Depending on the version, Photoshop may read this information and automatically rotate the image. Once saved, the EXIF information disappears and the import proceeds normally in NeoPack.
You can check whether the option 'Use EXIF information' is checked or not in the import image window.
