Has Ordered

Applies to: NeoPackProfessional, PackBuilder

In both Form Packs Mode and Form Item Sheets Mode it is possible to select subjects based on whether or not they have 'ordered'. Furthermore the definition of what constitutes 'Has ordered' can be set in File>Options.

In Form Packs Mode

In the Folders tab select either the 'Has ordered' or 'Has not ordered' options to include or not include subjects who have ordered.

In Form Item Sheets Mode

In the Sheet Page Settings Window select either the 'Ordered' or 'Not ordered' options to include or not include subjects who have ordered.

The Has Ordered definition

It is possible to set the criteria for a subject to be deemed as 'having ordered'. This is done in File>Options>Has Ordered.

Options include whether or not the subject has pages in a print queue or has had a raw order entered into either Details Mode or Orders Mode.

Figure 1: The Has Ordered options

The 'Has Ordered' filter in Images Mode does not relate to the options in File>Options>Has ordered. This filter only displays images that are in a print queue. The filter will be renamed to 'In queues' in the next software update
