We're having some trouble creating a NeoComposite Template that
has different rotated versions. It will save and close fine, but
whenever we’re trying to open up the newly created templates,
error “E_FILE_INVALID DesignFile.cpp(515)”. Please see

We've tried this with templates as simple as having just a
subject block, as well as one that has more graphics.
We’re running version 4.2.130127 and have come across this
when trying to create the template on both Windows XP and Windows 7
