We were trying to merge a camera into a job and received this error message - "E_CANNOT_FIND_IMAGE_FILE DocumentImagesTNJ.cpp(1084)." When I open the job in NeoPack as a TNJ and run check on the images it tells me they are all missing. I opened it in CapturePost, ran Check opn teh images and the images were all missing. The images folder is named "MAIDEN HS SR 2012 INITIAL#images" and the TNJ is named "MAIDEN HS SR 2012 INITIAL.tnj". The image count in the folder is the same as the image count in the TNJ and the image names are in agreement between the TNJ and actual images. What could be wrong?

Is the tnj file next to the "asdfghj"#images folder or located somewhere else? If its not next to it, the images wont be found. Also, check your paths under file options. Clear them if necessary or make sure they are patted to the correct folder. Keep running check images until you have it corrected, merging with errors will just be a waste if time. You can also place the tnj file directly in the #images folder.

I have tried all those things and it still will not work. I checked the work
from the other 4 cameras and they check out fine. The photographer did not
have any problems with equipment during the shoot. She will bring her
computer in today after she is through shooting another job.

If the images path is set directly to the folder that contains the images, and images check still displays them as missing, the only thing I can think of is a discrepancy between the physical image names, and the tags they were imported into the tnj as. You said they were in agreement, so I'm not sure I can help; sorry.

A space had been added at the beginning of the prefix field in CapturePost\File\setup. The space was recorded in the database but Windows dropped it from the filenames therefore TS could not find matching files.
