Linking a students images to one Unique Key

Scenario: I want to photograph all the students in a school. Individually at first for the school ID photo's but then later on in the school year I will photograph them as part of a class group and as a member of a sports team or multiple sports teams. There would be between 2-6 images that each student would be in.

Question: Can I somehow link all of these images to the one Unique Key that was assigned to that student by Datapost in the beginning?

Ideally, I would like to be able to export a folder from Datapost, labelled with each student's ID number, containing all the images that that student is a part of.

If I got a csv file from the school with all the teams members details plus each classes students info and then imported it into Datapost I would end up with the same student having 2 or more Unique Keys assigned to them.

Is there a solution to all or part of this?

Thanks
Steve

    Steve,

A subject can be matched to several images and these images used with poses. However an image can only be matched to one subject.

You can certainly create additional folders and copy the subject into these folders. Only one of these folders can be the subjects Home folder however.

You can also duplicate the subject as many times as you like.

Before doing any of this I would however consult your lab since you want to make sure your workflow path suits them also.
